Introducing Kid Art Collaboration, an intro to how I approach group art projects and auction items that deliver what kids enjoy making and adults want.
I’ve done a lot of trial and error with group art projects. The major takeaway…it’s the most stressful thing ever. So much goes into the pieces. Then, they are displayed in hopes that people love and buy them in front of everyone! And the sentimental component adds to the pressure.
Over the years, I’ve figured out what sizes sell best, big impact materials, how to make it fun and inclusive, and what caregivers really want out of these types of pieces.
So, here’s my guide to creating a Kid Art Collaboration. Complete with examples, supply lists, *why* I choose specific materials and, of course, how to create your own. I’m excited to share this with you and hope it helps all the overachiever parents, room moms, auction committees and art lovers out there.
Tag me! I want to see your masterpieces and help you along the way. There will be an instagram live to answer questions and talk all things Kid Art Collaboration.
